From six weeks to the cap and gown.
Care and early learning for ages 6 weeks through 5 years. Every stage builds early literacy, social and emotional growth, positive behavior, and school readiness. By the end of Pre-K, our kids are reading.
The approachHow learning works here
Built around your kid, not a binder
Our curriculum is designed around each child's interests, strengths, and developmental needs. Teachers watch what kids are curious about and turn it into meaningful, hands-on learning. A question about bugs can become a week of bugs.
- Exploring new subjects, including different cultures and countries
- Hands-on activities over worksheets
- Language, communication, problem-solving, and social-emotional skills
Reading before kindergarten
Paired with the emergent curriculum, our early literacy program builds foundational skills in language and reading, plus the confidence for a successful transition to kindergarten. Getting Pre-K kids reading is what Lai is proudest of, and it shows on the first day of kindergarten.
- Structured literacy from the earliest years
- Extra help for kids who find reading hard, extra push for kids who love it
- A confident, ready-to-go kindergartener
Toddler Day CareSix weeks and up

Where most of our graduates started.
Offered at our Eugene locations, toddler day care welcomes babies from 6 weeks old and focuses on early development, language growth, and social time with other little ones. Days are full of songs, stories, play, and plenty of encouragement.
- Language and early vocabulary building
- Gentle routines for meals, play, and rest
- Social skills through guided group play
PreschoolThe preschool years

School becomes a happy place to be.
Preschool is where the learning foundation gets poured. Kids find their own learning style, build friendships with classmates and staff, and discover that school is a happy place to be. Offered in Eugene and Springfield.
- Hands-on learning and early math skills
- Social-emotional development
- ABCs, colors, shapes, art, music, and dramatic play
- Learning about different cultures and countries
Pre-KThe year before

Kindergarten readiness, and the reading.
Our pre-K year is all about kindergarten readiness. Academic and social preparation come together so kids walk into their first day of kindergarten confident, excited, and reading. Getting Pre-K kids reading before kindergarten is the strong suit of the Little VIP program.
- School readiness skills and classroom habits
- Positive behavior and character building
- Early reading and writing practice
KindergartenThe cap and gown

Small classes, big encouragement.
Kindergarten is the training ground before elementary school. Our private kindergarten keeps classes small and days mentally stimulating, so essential skills develop through activities kids genuinely enjoy.
- Small classroom settings with individual attention
- Comprehensive, stimulating daily activities
- A confident handoff to elementary school
Early Reader ProgramAll ages

Extra help for some, an extra push for others.
Reading is the skill that unlocks all the others. This program gives extra help to children who find reading difficult and an extra push to kids who are already off and reading. Combined with the emergent curriculum, it is how our Pre-K kids leave us reading.
- Structured literacy that builds real foundations
- Support for struggling readers, enrichment for strong ones
- Confidence that carries into every subject
